CU London’s Careers and Employability Service is a one stop shop for employers to meaningfully engage with students, academic and staff in order to network and build partnerships.

Employer Led Talks (ELT)

A fantastic way to raise awareness for your brand and to secure engagement with our students is to participate in an ELT.

ELT sessions usually last an hour and consists of the following elements:

  • Employer presentations, providing a valuable insight into your organisation and the opportunities available
  • Interview sessions, providing an opportunity to meet with potential candidates and offer advice on good interview practice
  • Employability skills workshops, providing an arena to showcase your organisation and build your presence on campus

This list isn’t exhaustive; we can cater to meet the needs of each employer based on the desired outcome of the visit.


Mentor Scheme

If your organisation is keen to contribute to student development and skills, but are not currently in a place to engage students in employment, then you may wish to consider becoming part of our mentoring scheme.

CU London is looking for working professionals to develop and forward the personal and employability skills of our students.

Benefits of mentoring include increased engagement with the community, positive brand awareness and impacting the futures of young people.
