The Changing Lives Programme has been set up with the aim of providing students with affordable international volunteering experiences. Students gain a huge range of benefits from taking part in this programme, including experiencing new cultures, helping vulnerable people, tackling global issues, and not to mention the benefit of being able to include an international volunteering programme on their CV.
The Chancellor’s Circle has been created in recognition of the exceptional support given by a special group of generous benefactors who have given more than £5,000 to Coventry University. Their commitment to the future of the Institution and the lives within it has played a vital role in delivering innovative research, encouraging entrepreneurial endeavours and supporting opportunities for overseas placements to enhance the student experience.
Whether it’s mentoring a student or offering a work placement, supporting Coventry University with its ongoing development can be achieved in many ways. Helping undergraduates to achieve their full potential and influencing future careers are vital services offered by alumni, businesses and interested individuals.
Financial worries can be an extra pressure during studies, especially for students with additional needs such as a disability or those who care for a family. Having access to short term loans or grants can help to reduce stress and in some cases enable a student to complete their course. We want all students to enjoy their time at Coventry University and the Student Hardship Fund is a lifeline to those who face financial difficulties. Your support will ensure funding is available for students when they need it most.
